Terms of Use
These terms cover using rapidrootss.co.za. By using the site you agree to them. They’re written to be read, so they’re short.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. Who we are
This website is run by Rapid Roots, a technology, design, development, automation and AI agency in South Africa. You can reach us at rapidrootss [at] gmail [dot] com or 075 834 ••••.
2. Using the site
You’re welcome to browse, share and link to the site. Please don’t:
- use it for anything unlawful, or to mislead or harm anyone;
- try to break into, overload or disrupt it, or get around its security (including the private dashboard);
- copy large parts of it, scrape it automatically, or send fake visits or messages through it;
- pass off our work, name or logo as your own.
3. What's on the site
The site describes our services in general terms. It isn’t a binding offer. Timelines mentioned here (for example, that small projects can take as little as a week) are typical, not promises: what we’ll deliver, when and for how much is confirmed in writing for each project.
4. Projects, payments and refunds
Nothing is sold or paid for through this website. When we take on a project, the scope, price, payment schedule, who owns the finished work, and the cancellation and refund terms are set out in the written quote or agreement you accept. Those terms govern the project, and nothing here overrides them.
We don’t charge hidden fees: anything you’ll pay, including hosting, domains or third-party costs, is listed in your quote before you agree to it.
5. Our content
The site’s design, code, text and graphics belong to Rapid Roots unless we say otherwise. Projects shown in “Products we’ve already grown” are examples of our work; their names and content belong to their owners. The Inter typeface (SIL Open Font License) and Lucide icons (ISC License) are used under their licences.
6. Other websites
The site links to other places, such as the live projects we’ve built and WhatsApp. We’re not responsible for their content or how they handle your information; their own terms and policies apply.
7. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it’s provided as it is, and we can’t promise it’ll always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for loss caused by relying on general information on the site rather than on what we agree with you in writing.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
8. Your privacy
How we handle personal information, cookies and data deletion requests is explained in our privacy policy.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
